DIY: Wi-Dyed Wreath

Friday night on the way home, I stopped by Joann's.  With my purchase of glue and glitter I thought to myself, "Boy, this is going to be a crazy Friday night." Little did I know I would stumble upon something great.  Something unexpected.  Something that would rock my world.  Wine Tie Dye!!  Yes!!

Let's start at the beginning.  I set out to make a coffee filter wreath, like such.
Supplies:
Coffee filters
Wreath form
Pomegranate Tea
Glue Gun & plenty of glue sticks
 Fabric to wrap wreath form

I started by soaking coffee filters in Pomegranate Tea for a pink tint. Then, I applied glue to the edge only and coated in pink glitter.

But then something strange happened.  I spotted my wine sitting there all alone....
And that's when it happened
That's right.  I did that. And got this.
And I loved it!
So I nixed the glitter and made this!

Once your wi-dyed coffee filters have dried, simply fold and glue in desired pattern.  Here's the final result!

Happy Crafting!

xoxo
